When you start feeling like you are going to fall asleep, stand up have a walk around the office and have a drink of water this will get your blood pumping and help you wake up

Yes there are two things, STOP hanging out late night and or get a job that excites your inner soul, there may not be anything challenging in your work get something that is. And watch how you won't think about how little of sleep that you got. you sound bored at work.

Find a place - maybe under your desk - and have a proper nap. This worked for me until the day I accidently got entangled in a power cord and pulled my telephone console on top of my head. Holy cow, my ears are STILL ring-ring-ringing!

make sure you get atleast 8 and a half to 9 hours of sleep everyday/night. Also try drinking tea. (With Caffeine) Thats what I do. And it helps. But tea also makes you pee a lot more than normal.

I have fun creating stations to see what it will play, and the music keeps me alert the whole day through.
