I called my cell service, and there is no way to block her. I changed my number once, she has the new one now. I really don't want to change my number again.

There is no real threat. It's just annoying! She leaves lengthy vm/text messages ,full of choice expletives. So I can't really got to the police. Plus, I live in another state.

Any advice would be helpful.

"So I can't really got to the police" - Why? Harassment is harassment. Doing so across state lines does not make it better for her. Call your police department, non-emergency number.

My advice to you is to speak to her and ask her why she keeps calling you. After you speak with her , if she calls you one more time, then go to the police precinct (do not call 911, go in person to the precinct) and file a report or restraining order. She should get notified about not contacting you by person or email or phone or other people having to do with her or her situation. Just do this out of prevention. The same thing happen to my fiance, where an under age girl would harrass him because she had a crush on him, he thought it was nothing to worry about until the girl was mentally ill and filed a false report against my bf saying they had sex, and he didn't have prove of how he was ignoring her. meaning..... he didn't file a restraining order in which he got in alot of trouble. There's alot of psycho people out there. and just out of prevention go to the cops (nothing will happen, you're just doing in in case the girls turns crazy and says something or does soemthign to you) then you will have prove that she was at fault.

If you save the messages you may be able to get a restraining order from the court.

Talk to legal aid or another lawyer.

Publish her phone number on an adult "seeking one night stand" website with an attractive photo.

She'll be too busy answering calls to bother you.

(btw, I'm just kidding)

Call your cell phone service and ask if her number can be blocked. If not... I'd just suggest telling her you no longer want to hear from her anymore. Be direct.

Good luck.

she sounds super immature,
if i were you, and i have done it,
just answer the call and talk to her, show her it doesnt bother you, or you could cuss her out and tell her to grow up, what i want to know is how she got your new number.....thats a little worrisome

good luck i feel your "pain"
