I recently (so I though) purchased a Nissan Sentra. The sales man had me thinking that I had been approved with a set intererst rate that they had matched from another company for financing my car. So I drive off and drove the car for a week.I then get a phone call a couple of days ago from the finance manager that I wasn't approved for that set interest rate and that it would go up 3 percentage points and to find my own financing. Well of course I got mad and had my boyfriend call and tell them that I wanted to return the Nissan and that I would like my Chrysler Sebring back (I had traded it in)They gave all this crap that it was a set contract but they originally had broken the contract because they had raised up the APR. Does anyone know of anything that will help to get out of this contract, this car still isn't in my name and it's not financed and the chrysler is still in my name I never gave them the title and they haven't paid it off yet.I just want to get out of my contract

Read your contract. See what it says about financing. If it does not make sense, hire a lawyer.

Did you sign a finance agreement/contract with the dealer? If so, it may have contained a clause allowing them to do this to you--if you haven't signed anything and have not transferred the title to them, you should be able to work out an agreement.
