This isn't the most expert answer in the world b/c I really don't know for certain, but the only mention I could find after a search was a forum from Bunny Ranch that states that male prostitution is still illegal in Nevada.

Or rather, not so much that it's illegal as the laws use female pronouns and require weekly cervical specimens.

Once again, I can't say for certain, but this is all I could find.

The government has power, and they have been trying to abuse this power and enter peoples private lives. This isn't the only attempt the government has done at this. In Florida and Georgia Oral sex is illegal, you can get sent to jail for up to 20 years! The government is never going to make it legal because it doesn't do anything for them it doesn't make any profit for them so whats the reason for it to be legal if theirs no benefit for them. I believe it should be legal, but i know that since most presidents are of a branch of the Christian faith it will never happen.

Yep-- Heidi Fleiss is opening a male brothel in Pahrump...

Edit:
I should add that it is up to each county whether they allow prostitution or not. The two largest, Washoe (Reno) and Clark (Las Vegas), do not allow prostitution.

Honestly, I thought I had read something about someone who was planning on opening a brothel that had male prostitutes.

Ditto on prostitution is only legal in certain areas of NV.

It is tightly regulated, meaning no street girls or escorts, and only certain counties. I doubt if there is a gender specific regulation, although market forces may limit the success.

If you want to be an entrepreneur and go for it, good luck!

Yea, unless the law specifically says women only, which upon appeal, probably would be reversed.

Think of this, fella..... When you go to a bar, most guys are trying like hell to get lucky, but even the ugliest dog in the place can get sex most imes if she wants it, right?

So ask yourself... what are the women who have to pay for sex going to look like?

I don't see why not. You should apply at the bunny ranch. Women go there too so you MIGHT make SOME money.

men, women, it's all good for everyone....unless you are in clark county (which happens to be where Las Vegas is) it's illegal for everyone there...so make sure you are outside of that counties limits.

Good Luck
