Does this not show children that their parents have lied to them and also show the child that the parent may not be trustworthy since they lied to their children?

My brother got so mad at my parents for teaching him about Santa when he realized he wasn't real.....and said that it was wrong for my parents to teach him lies. I agree. What do you think?

It all goes back to "harmless" fantasy. I agree though at the end of the day you are just lying to your child.

You spank or repermand your new child or babies for telling you a lie after which you unfold the biggest lie in historic past Santa Clause on your new child or babies you're putting an extremely undesirable occasion i replaced into 11 or 12 as quickly as I discovered-out the reality approximately Santa Clause i would not refer to my Father for 3 months in the back of his Lies and making a fool out of me and not in any respect celbrated Christmas after that day whilst human beings inquire from me why i do no longer celbrate Christmas I say i do no longer celbrate lies, Mary Conceived on the 6th month and the 6th day And the delivery of Jesus on December 25 nowhere close to the month of December that makes it a lie too. If the only way you may get your new child or babies to act is to tell them lies like which you're a sorry excuse for a parent or mom and father what lies do you tell your new child or babies for the different ultimate 40 9 or 50 weeks of the 365 days

It's imagination and innocence. It's fun for them and it's keeps them good for a whole month..lol.

There are millions of people for hundreds of years who have taught about Santa. I don't think it will destroy a child, I think it keeps them young and happy.
