All but "route", which I say as "root". And pajamas are and
have always been, "pj's". I don't know anyone who uses the
full word, as you did.
I never heard that these words were a north/south difference.
Just more of an individual habit of pronouncing. I know my
hubby has a problem with the word, "Mirror". Everyone I know
and hear on tv, says it like "Meer". But it is two syllables. And
he likes to tease me and corrects me, when I say it like that.
And I always do. LOL. I figure that there's alot of us out there,
who must have had the same teacher LOL.

I'm a bit mixed...born in northern Mich, 'grew up' in Delaware and have lived in s.e. Va since 1976.
Aunt = ant
Caramel = Karmul (like in Mt. Carmel, Israel...been there)
Creek depends...KRICK or CREEK either way
Route = gout
Pajamas = JAM (as in pb & j)
