Well you must think about the people who are telling the stories for them to reinact. Everybody interprets things differently, even if they were both present and seen the same exact events. It all works around what you believe and how you view meanings of what is going on. Most of the stories on that show end up with blessings done by priests or exorcisms--this implies that most of the stories were told by religious people; somebody that has no religious beliefs are not going to get their house blessed because they don't believe it will work.

I have seen ghosts and I believe in them, but I think either the people who told the stories exaggerated or the show itself wanted to make it more interesting for television and added in a few things. I've seen all of the Haunting episodes and I highly doubt that these stories can even be somewhat true. I mean these stories were told from someone who supposedly experienced these events, then is reinacted, anything could've been said. This show just makes it look like all ghosts are out to get you and are there to scare you.

The show itself is ok and interesting, but not something I would take as being completely true at all. Only show that I've seen that I could feel was being honest about its events would be 'Ghost Hunters' on Sci-Fi, where they actually try to rule out anything they witness before they just assume the worst.

The problem with those types of shows is that they rarely show the full facts or do a scientific investigation. The stories may be real in the sense that the people involved thought that it was real, but often the facts are that they completely explainable by natural occcurences.

nicely, it incredibly is slightly creepy, yeah. the element I constantly remember as quickly as I watch that teach (I do locate it exciting, if not precisely relaxing) is that those human beings for sure lived to tell the story, so incredibly that they had a nasty scare, and in line with possibility some bumps and bruises or regardless of. Makes it much less frightening.

I really love that show! I think most of it is pretty realistic. The only thing I do not like is they make it seem that anything have to do with paganism ends up evil and releasing demons. which is absolutely not true.

I love how all of you assume that it's real when you have no proof, other than what "paranormal specialists" say. Give me a break! I love watching the show for its entertainment value, but I take it all with a grain of salt. The show is way too sensationalistic for it to be even close to the truth.
