None, my daughter had no issues with any of her vaccines, I think she got a slight fever with the ones at 6 months, but I gave her Tylenol and it was no big deal. The ones before that, and after there wasn't even a fever.

None. I even asked her pediatrician before doing it what were the side effects and he explained there should be none. You hear all the negative stories in the media of it being associated with autism and all this crazy stuff. The pediatrician explained that it was over-publicized media about 1 in a billion case. My daughter, as with most shots, was a little tired the rest of the day and sometimes got a slight fever but I always gave her Tylenol right before we got to the doctor's so it would help.

My son has not had the MMR.
However my friend's son (same age, one year) just had his and contracted measles. My other friend's two children both had redness at the injection site for a week.
EDIT:
ANY reaction yes, even redness at injection site or fever, should be reported following proper procedure (link below for instructions) according to federal law. If the doctor won't do it, the parent should. This is to make vaccines safer in the future, and to eliminate the problem with so many reactions.

My guy ran a slight fever for about 36 hours but nothing serious. The one injection site (he had one in each thigh for his 2 month set) was a little red for a couple days. He slept lots, partly from the shots and partly from the tylenol.
The biggest reaction was him sitting on my lap that afternoon babbling at me. He was looking at me straight in the eye and started getting more and more animated like he was really trying to tell me something. I had my hands on his waist supporting him and his arms were waving about and he got louder and louder and ended by slapping his thighs right were he got the injections, giving a big scream and then silence. Then he went back to normal cooing/babbling. I swear he was trying to tell me how much he did not like going to the doctor's and getting his needles LOL.

I didn't notice any side effects with either of my kids. I gave them Tylenol before the shot. They may have had some slight temperature, but nothing that I really remember.

my son had no reaction the first set of shots, but tuesday he got his second set of shots, and did experience a reaction. He had a fever (all the way up to 102.5), his legs were hot and red at injections sight, and he was just plain fussy for 2 days. He's back to normal now...so I have to think it was a reaction to the immunizations.

None, perhaps just a mild grade fever. It's been a while. :)
