"(NEW!) - Question: How is BMW’s new Hydrogen 7 like the hard-earned cash flocks of people are spending to own one? Answer: It’s green! That’s right, BMW’s new luxury performance sedan is being touted as a mean, green, environment-loving machine capable of running on liquid hydrogen while discharging almost nothing but water vapor. And it will do all this while most cars still spout nauseating, ozone killing carbon dioxide. But before you grab for your wallet or sign that lease, be warned: this glimpse into an “eco-friendly” future is a mixed bag filled with both innovative wonders and glaring issues..."
The above excerpt from an article (see link below) really is exciting news to me!! I actually saw one on the road recently. mMaybe this is a way to leave the Middle East Fanatics alone. Come up with new engine types that do not REQUIRE OIL!! What do you think?

Al Gore made millions, invented the internet and carbon credits. He doesn't have to practice what he preaches also.

Also there are a number of issues with hydrogen that have yet to be solved.

It's currently fairly expensive and energy intensive to produce, and it's very volatile. There's no delivery infrastructure, and I certainly don't want hydrogen filled tankers running around the highways, or even pipelines.

Ever hear of the Hindenburg? Hydrogen.

We should certainly explore the option and continue with research, but it's premature to tout this as a solution.

Why does his home consume more electricity produced by "non green sources" in one day than our homes use in a year? Why does he have not one but several personal planes? Why does he drive regular cars? And have more than he needs? Simply because the dumb jerk is a hypocrite! What gets me is that people actually believe his crap! His carbon footprint is worse than most peoples and he spouts about how we need to reduce ours! Don't you think he needs to practice what he preaches?

They already exist. It's called the Tesla and it is all electric.

Couple that with nuclear power providing the electricity, and you have zero emissions for your travel.

But that doesn't put money in Al Gore's pocket via his carbon offset company (he's CEO and majority stockholder) so he won't mention it.
