I would rather have my own business so I can do what I want and work my own hours and be working at something I enjoy without someone standing over me telling me to do it a certain way or tell me I am doing something wrong. I would like to manage a business and make it grow and become successful in the future.

both have advantages and disadvantages. I'd like to have my business so i could run things my way but it is a headache to have to deal with the tax issues of having your own business so in that respect its better to be an employee.

Employee. Too much pressure, too much red tape to own your own business. And the worst is finding trustworthy employees!

the main rationalization why people initiate their very own agency is they opt to strengthen their very own agency techniques which being an worker is extremely proscribing. An worker, till being a sole director has a md who could take the credit on your techniques and so your earnings would not continuously mirror your authentic worth. There are additionally many tax reward in startingup and growing to be your individual agency challenge. An entrepraneur is somebody who can take a threat, being an worker somebody else gets to make the suitable selection and so this is relatively complicated. There are downsides to threat taking, yet many that've techniques and opt to circulate places like the independence that a sole proprietor or in line with possibility a partnership provides one. I wish you a number of of success, yet please keep in mind that maximum small agencies fail using loss of money and over - optomism in the money circulate forecasts, sales and so on! Plan and be sensible and be triumphant!

Much rather have my own business. Tough to start one though. Very easy to get handed one and not run it into the ground. Perhaps someday my parents will give me one and I'll be lucky. (But they'd have to start one first)
