When I answer no one is there, and when I call back no one answers. This happens everyday, I am on the "do not call" list. I feel ambushed.

either block their number or contact the federal communication
commission and explain you are on the do not call list,
yet this company calls you. the second suggestion is
probably the best. goood luck.

This is an extreme scam . The first thing that made me notice is the non formal greeting "sir'/madam" if it was real they would say your mr./mrs. Then your last name and they would ask to follow up with phone calls or something more , anything asking to fill out that info is fake .

Change your number or file a report with your phone company. They will give you your options. They deal with stuff like all the time.

Who is your carrier? My old carrier told me that I had to have about 10 calls a month for them to trace the line. I usually got about 9 at 4AM to 8AM. So that is why ATT is my old carrier.

If you can, leave the phone off the cradle after answering so that they are paying.
