feed on demand. Babies will spit up. That is very natural, especially if you were unable to get him to burp. Try your best to get him to burp after each feeding to cut down on the amount of spit up.

Feed him on demand. My last two children have been this way. Sometimes the newest wants to nurse 45 minutes after the last time, sometimes she goes 4 hours.

Feed on demand regardless of how often he wants to eat. don't ignore the child, i'm sure he didn't vomit from overeating, probably just a gas bubble or burp made him vomit. My son vomits instantly if he starts to choke or the food goes down the wrong pipe.

As all the other mothers have said: Feed on demand.

I've found with my newborn that he doesn't have a set feeding rythm, and I'm sure it's the same for most young babies. If he's fussing, offer him the breast, and if he takes it, then you know he was hungry.

Feed on demand. A little spit up is okay but if your baby is throwing up there could be something wrong. Like acid reflux or something.
