Yes, once a boy's body begins creating sperm, the sperm is fertile. However, there is a chance the boy's body could be producing sterile sperm. Sterility does happen, rarely, and most males will not know until they are adults. At that point, only a doctor and fertility test can confirm sterility.

Yes it is unless he has a medical issue and his soldiers are dead. He's 12 tho, what does it matter? I hope he's(you're) not having sex @ 12!!!
