When you know something just isn't right and when you just aren't happy. In relationships when the giving and trying to make it work is one sided then set a time, say a month or whatever and if things have not improved by then move on.

I knew it was time to leave Atlanta when I almost bought my own (previously donated) t-shirt from the Goodwill thrift store. I'd always loved that Circle Jerks tee, but saw it as a sign. I got the hell out of there. I took that shirt with me to NYC, baby.
