Well mabe if she was an honest person instead of a b!t*h, she would mail a check to her government for the tax, but some people do not know how to figure out percents. Nah not confused just bitter, maybe she does not like the shoes and now she is stuck with them. She should be happy due to the fact she just saved seven or so dollars. Hmmmmmmm yes maybe just a tad bit confused BUT u were RIGHT! Free shipping and handling has NOTHING to do with the taxes on anything! I dont see why anyone would give u best answer when they hated your answer either.........strange! Have a wonderful Christmas!

Sometimes I get notices to choose best answer. I am not sure why.
