Oh absolutely! I know it is hard to say NO, so I believe when someone says NO, there must be a reason. And I hate it when people can't take my NO and keep nagging, I mean, I had a reason for saying NO. Therefore I wouldn't nag others after they said NO. I take a NO bravely and with a smile.
PS. Ever heard of the phrase: 'Ask, the worst that could happen is that they say no.' And that means you have lost nothing, because you never had the yes in the first place! But if you don't ask, you don't even have the chance to get the yes!

Yes I can except No as an answer. If that is all one would wish to say. So be it !!! I don't pry. They have their reasons.
It would really depend a lot on what the NO is all about as to how it may affect the relationship. None the less, I still will take the NO for an answer. Not my choice really.

Yes, most of the time, but if it is something I really feel strongly about, I will argue my point and sometimes get the "No" changed.
