How long did you have your heart burn? Does it run in your family? If caught & treated early, you prognosis should be good. I wish you all the best.

Based on research led by Dr Barbara Goff, a gynecologic oncologist at the University of Washington, who has published several papers in recent years, the symptoms that are much more likely to be experienced by women with ovarian cancer compared to the general population are:
Bloating.
Pelvic or abdominal pain.
Difficulty eating or feeling full quickly.
Urinary symptoms (urgency or frequency).
Women experiencing these symptoms daily for several weeks should see their doctor, preferably a gynecologist.
