Don't know what the weather is like in your neck of the woods but I live in beautiful downtown California and we aren't dressing like that right now. Layers and closed toe shoes, jackets in evening. Brrrrr! Summer is best.

my son does that. we can have 3' of snow and he's in shorts. (he leaves the house that way to go to work)
