A la Eric Clapton's Tears in Heaven....

To all the believers: May your faith never 'die'. Your innocence is indeed charming. I'm sure Jesus will welcome you all with open arms...

Operacats: That's a whole lot of "Reception" party waiting to welcome you. Aren't you simply waiting to die? (To be amidst all those loving familiar faces once again, well I would!)...

Grey_worms: Day dreams are great. They temper the reality to make it more palatable. I often take refuge under their benign shelter...

First of all, I want to say how sorry I am to hear people not believing in heaven or in hell. As for someone waiting, GOD! The Bible tells us we go back to ash, and that the dead shall rise in him first. So noone is waiting on us in heaven, exscept for the heavenly Father!

My 20 year old son that passed away almost 3 years ago, my father, mother, my friend Kelly and her son who passed away in '94, both my mother-in-law and father-in-law, both my maternal and paternal grandparents, my friend Brian Grant, my elderly friend Joan Whitehouse, and my most recent friend who passed away, Wendi Cooper, and hopefully the Good Lord above, and my bad friend Sam, and my geography teacher Mr. Hawkins, and my art teacher Mrs. Duez, and my music teacher Mr. Fathf, and all the great actors/actresses and singers and musicians that have passed away, who I have adored. And maybe Buddha and Jesus.

Live in this moment,
live truly with heart and love - heaven

Live as though you are a mind dragging around a body, constantly trying, expecting, emoting, waiting, - hell

Nobody waits in heaven, there is no such "thing" as "time"
One is living life as heart response only.

Heaven is a fictional place and therefore doesn't really exist. Neither does Hell. These two places are merely metaphors.
