This the second time this has happen anybody else have this problem with amazon.........

no but the simple answer is ask amazon who signe for it!!!

Contact Amazon and get a tracking number. Once you get that tracking number, contact the courier service (UPS, DHL or whatever service Amazon stated they used) and find out exactly what address the package was delivered, the date and time of that delivery and who signed for the package. Once you find out that information then explain to the service that you did not receive that package and give them your delivery information (address etc.). They then should determine what happened. If Amazon used UPS, there the first $100 value is automatically insured and you may be able to file a claim if the package is not recoverable.

I've never ordered anything from amazon. But my advice to you is call and complain. That's not right and someone has to know where it is, what company was used for shipping? I work for a packaging company and we have a lot of problems with FedEx not delivering items on time or not delivering them at all.

Notify the company that was the package carrier that you have not / did not receive the package. Notify the shipper to file a lost package claim.
