well, i only have piercings right now. definitely like my piercings. also like piercings on others. i don't know. i find them attractive. i know a lot of people don't. but, i also love tats. love hearing the story behind them. they have more of a meaning behind them. so, i would have to say tats. plus, i have my tat wish list. kinda have an idea with what i want to get.

I have 2 tattoos-my ears are pierced-2 holes in 1 ear and 1 in the other.

Tattoos tastefully illustrating something not bizarre are OK with me; piercings, unless placed in an inconspicuous place are a pain in the neck ; especially if one is engaged in some serious business and gets ones tongue caught in some "jungle jangle" hanging where it shod not be.

uhmm.. it kinda depends WHERE the tattoos and piercings, are.. and not so much of which one I prefer. lol Because they can both look bad if overdone.
Piercings = lip, belly button, ear loabs, cartilage,
Tatoos = I like small ones on girls. Maybe one on the wrist, hip, or back of neck. For guys, they can have a few bigs ones, but not a lot. Arms, chest, back, neck, and collar bone look good on guys

Piercings only in the ears for guys. 1 or 2 tattoos is fine also.
