I think this divorce thing is just a ploy to break up their assets so the kid in the coma cant collect what he could possibly go after. This way they split up the assets and they could only go after hulks dough because he served up the beer prior to the big crash.

A lot of people think that also. That's pretty low to wreck your marriage just to save a few bucks. I don't agree with the poster who said people sue over trivial things. The person who was riding with Nick is paralyzed for life. That is not trivial. Nick was drag racing and driving dangerously, drunk or otherwise. His life will go on as usual with no repercussions. I'm sure if the HOgans' son was injured in a similar way due to a driver's negligence the Hogans would be screaming from the rooftops. Either way---the Hogans will be dishing out money to this family for his massive injuries.

You know...that is a very interesting theory! But I don't know if they can prove he specifically bought the beer for the kids. He could easily postulate that the kids took it from him after he bought it. Otherwise, any parent who buys beer at the grocery with their kids standing next to them could be sued for anything.
That being said, I highly doubt this is the first time Hulk Hogan has been sued. Typically, when you are a celebrity, people try and milk you for whatever they can under whatever frivolous lawsuit they can drum up.

Okay well first off I live in Clearwater where the hogans live and yes I definately think that rich ppl split up so that they have to split up the assests and other ppl cant get their money . The grazziano son will probably spend the rest of his life in a nursing home . In all reality I think that maybe he is brain dead and they are keeping him alive on a respirator . good luck and god bless.
