Yes, I am normal. The way you determine "normal" is to gather statistics and then express them as a bell curve. For instance, some people hate popcorn they are on one end. Some people love popcorn it is their favorite food. They are at the other end. Imagine a line connecting the two that curves up then down like a roller-coaster hill. That is a bell curve; it is shaped like a bell.

The top of that curve is where the most people fall. That is considered normal. Normal is not a point on the curve but a range. Several degrees to either side still fall into the normal range.

The last psychological test I had was about thirty years ago. It declared me as normal. The report used phrases like, "well adjusted" and "age appropriate" and "optimistic" and "well grounded in reality". So, I guess those are what they look for to determine how normal you are. Perhaps some people in the head-shrinking business can explain it?

Normal is being stuck in a very small box that society has created to make the majority of people feel safe and accepted. I am not normal.

being normal depends completely to the person. as for me i am so normal base on my standards and capabilities and i know for a fact that people are born unique so i always keep my mind open to a lot of possibilities including not setting up any standard to others other than myself only. remeber we are what we think we are!!! ^_^

Normal is simply another word for socially acceptable. I suppose some people think I'm abnormal but this makes no difference to me.

the word "normal" should not apply to the masses, however, it sometimes does because they act like a bunch of brainless clones. So having different ideas and methods for living, I would not consider myself "normal" nor would I ever want to be.

No one is normal. Cause everyone has their own opinion of what normal is...what I think is normal may not be what you think is normal! =) So who's right and who's wrong.

Normal is relative as is time is abstract.

By my own standards I am normal whereas there are many who deem me eccentric. Do I care?
