I not sure. What you can try. In the Browser up top. Tools > Internet Options > click > then click remove files/cookies.
It will clear everything stored from the Inet, so, some of your regular pages may load a little slower until that information is back.
I not find info about this in particular, but, how I explain this, it load a JAVA script into the browser. Deleting Files/Cookies (Actually Files) "may" remove it, if it one of those little goobers.

Asafetyliner.com is the homepage hijacker, that may be extremely dangerous for your privacy and security. Asafetyliner.com comes bundled with Zlob.Trojan and displays fake Myzor.fk@yf spyware detection reports. After installation Asafetyliner.com will also generate fake system tray security notifications, trying to force users to purchase “full” version of misleading applications (such as VirusHeal and AntiSpy Pro).

Don't bother paying for antispyware programs - the free AS programs are more than capable.

Try SUPERAntiSpyware, that is known to get rid of Zlob. A-Squared free is also good.
