Yes, you can, but some things make more money than others. To find out, you have to do some research, look at the item you're thinking about selling, look at the completed listings. Good luck.

Anything (well almost anything) can be sold on Ebay to make profit. If you have something specific you want to sell search for it on ebay as if you were a buyer. See how much other people have sold the item for. Set up your auction, calculate shipping charges, and decide your handling charges. You should be able to make profit. Just don't set the price to high.

Yes, you can, if you do it well. Go to the ebay site, look up what you are trying to sell in the "Completed Auctions" and see how much the things sold for. If you are paying FULL price for something, you probably won't be able to make a profit, but if you are getting things cheaper, or have been given them and want to sell them, etc., then you can.

If you can buy items at a price, then add the true costs, ebay listing / final valuation / paypal and any credit charges AND then sell it on ebay (first time, otherwise add on repeat fees) then yes.
BUT be very honest when you calculate the costs AND when you check the true cost of item and sales fees against the completed item costs on Ebay.
Best way to make profit is to find an item that you know or a section that you know and specialise.

Yes, it is possible. Will you get a huge profit in a single sale - not really. After a couple of sales - most likely. The idea is to get little margins in each sales so that on the whole you can gain after you deduct bad payments or returns or money lost on these.
The thing to remember is to get things cheap and sell it at a reasonable price.
All the best !

Yes it can be sold. The best way to find how much to sell it for would be to see how much other people are selling that same phone for. If they have a good amount of bids on it then use that price as a model

A trick alot of people use for making profit is charging a flat fee for shipping in Continental US. Take that flat $10-15 fee and then ship USPS for only $5. Lots of people make a living off ebay.

Yes you can profit from e-Bay, I've done it. How much you can profit from the nokia 3315 depends on how much YOU paid for it, versus how much you are selling it for.

Yes, but some areas are very saturated with sellers. You have to find a product line that has very little competition. For wholesalers, see http://www.iwanttosellstuff.com
