I've seen this question here before. Was that you, or is this something that people obsess about? You happen to notice the time and then begin to look for it to happen again. You tend to discount when you are a little early or a little late and think that something extraordinary is happening when you catch the minute. It is natural. Or you are from another planet and those folks want you to phone home at 12:34 because they are coming to pick you up. Which of the two makes more sense to you?

Wow, I always look just as it turns to the next minute!!
Like just half a second before it does.
I think we are intimately connected to our surroundings.
Our awareness, even when subconscious is just humongous. We're aware of much more than we think ,-)

Maybe your blood sugar drops at this time and your body is signalling it's time for lunch. If you have breakfast at the same time every day, your body is sending you a message (feed me!)

1-2-3-4...do I have to answer any more?
Seriously, it is probably something in your subconscious that is doing this to you, with you, against you...etc.
It will pass...mine did...it was 4:44p.m. every day.
