Expressing yourself in words...When you want to write what you feel in your heart, and the words do not come? What do you do?

I love to write. Talking is so much harder. When writing you get time to think. You hardly get to think before you speak. But sometimes words can't say what you feel. I truly believe you can really express your self in writing a letter, poem, or just a note. Like in "For The Love Of The Game" when they used the post-it notes or even in the new movie "Click" when they passed love notes in the bar. So great. Let your heart think and your mind write it out for you :)

Usually expressing written words is easy for me, its when I am face to face I have some problems expressing myself.

Yes... some of the times, I know what I want to say, but I can not put it into words. What do I do? I just sulk...

i just think.
no one needs to know my true feelings, but me.
or i can write them down, how i feel, then it all floods out.
