Use a regular bar of hand soap... Slide it up and down the zipper on both sides of the garment... Works on windows and anything that slides...

A couple of drops of baby oil will work. Just make sure the oil only gets on the zipper because it could leave spots on silks and linens.

I've used a candle...just rub it up and down the zipped zipper

The best thing I've used is pencil led. Runt the pencil up and down both sides of the zipper like you are coloring it. It will work like brand new!

I have used a crayon on both sides. Rub it up and down.
