Sucka! means sucker, which originally referred to someone who was being tricked or fooled. Today, it is an insult meaning you're a fool or stuppid enough to be easily tricked. Som, don't forget about me is an angry response to your friend not showing up, and it ends with an insult.

I can't imagine any legitimate recruiter would send that type of email out to a client. My guess is the recruiter is fake.
