I'll have to go with The Notebook and The Lake House. Now those movies can seriously move me to tears.

Titanic - Staring Leonardo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet.
And Romeo and Juliet staring Leonardo Dicaprio.
Both are capable of making the tears drop gently from my eyes while my face is smiling!

There is a fire also when I watch "My Best Friend's wedding".
I loved the lines "No marriage, and no sex, but by God there will be dance!"
