I recommend listening to what she has said... just wait a little while longer. If she said she sent it first class on Friday, it will take a little while to arrive depending how far away you live from her... remember it is Christmas time and the postal service will take a little longer than usual

If you don't receive it by the end of next week, email her again and ask for proof of purchase, and take it from there... both Paypal and Ebay have procedures to deal with packages not being sent/not arriving.... you should get your money back if your item doesn't arrive

Don't get too stressed about it yet though, it's probably just the Royal Mail doing what they do best... being slow!

Royal Mail will not do anything about it until after 2 weeks.

If the seller refuses to give you the tracking details then report it as an "item not recieved" through Ebay.

If you paid by Paypal then open a dispute, this will then ask the seller to input the tracking details.

Failing that just be patient, postal services are always slower at this time of year.

Make sure you have all the information from the transaction and her contact information too. Also check the shipping information on the item that you bought and where it is coming from. It is the holidays so shipping might be a little slow. It has only been nine days since the purchase and only five days since she mailed it so maybe it will show up today. If it doesn't show up today or tomorrow then you need to tell her that if you don't receive the package in the next few days you are going to have no choice but to report her to ebay.

The post is very erratic this time of year, don't panic yet. She is right to say 15 days have to elapse before anything can be done. In my experience it will turn up.

she is right. USps first class can take up 10 buissness days. but she should be able to provide a tracking number.

well i would give it possibly until the middle of next week, cannot understand why she cannot do anything for two weeks, if it has not arrived you can open a dispute within e-bay and try and get it resolved
