At Starbucks it means not as fattening, but still it has quite a few calories. And PS, the do support our military, thats way every aafes carries Starbuck coffee ant a very good price.

I don't know about Starbucks specifically, but in most coffee shops it would involve skim milk, sugar-free syrups, light whipped cream instead of heavy. It really depends on what type of drink you're referring to.

it means they used Skim milk...ps..DOWN WITH STAR BUCKS!!! they dont support our military.
