Of the 2008 presidential candidates, who would best fit the description of a classical liberal?

...that is, other than Ron Paul of course.

John Edwards? Are you guys kidding?

I did say Classical Liberal. Not Liberal in the misused American sense of the word.

John Edwards is almost the exact opposite of liberal in a classical sense.

Think smaller federal government. Think the opposite of a command economy. Then you are thinking like a classical liberal. John Edwards does not think like a classical ilberal.

Of all the candidates probably Joe Biden. Of the leading candidates John Edwards.

Kucinich. He at least breaks the norm of either party on a lot of issues.
