Are you talking about some sort of treaty, or the original colonist settling in what is now the U.S.? If it's the latter, besides near genocide of an entire race, there was very little affect done by the settlement.

there was only one treaty the White Man kept with the Native Americans which was -- " We see what you have -- we want it -- we are going to take it. " which they obviously did.
