I don't know if he's going to hell (That's not my place to say), but because of his last actions and his steroid abuse I think it would send a terrible message to WWE's fans and strengthen the cases of its detractors by allowing Benoit to be in the Hall of Fame.

I'm not saying the guy isn't talented or anything. Before his death, Benoit was my favorite wrestler in WWE. But enshrining him in the hall is like saying "We don't want you to use steroids and slowly kill your body, but if you do we'll reward you after you die. Oh, you killed someone....well, I guess we can put you in anyway."

That would be the wrong way to go.

specific.. Wrestling has no longer something to do with very own existence.. HOF would desire to keep in mind Chris Benoit only like they did all the different lifeless wrestlers.. as a count of actuality a number of the different lifeless wrestlers did no longer attempt against worth crap and that they made that checklist.. so why no longer Chris Benoit (a good wrestler)? enable Chris Benoit relax in peace now.. R.I.P Chris Benoit (1967-2007)

Uh Jerry, ease up on the hate there OK?

Chris Benoit was one of the truly great wrestling entertainers, because he actually could and did implement genuine wrestling moves in his routines.

The fact that he did the terrible thing that he did is separate from his career and what he did accomplish wrestling.

Besides, I think you can relax because it seems that the heads of WWE wish they could eradicate everything and anything that mentions or acknowledges Chris, and what he did accomplish.

How can you assume that you have the right to presume that you know all the answers, or that you know why he did what he did.....that you know better then his family and friends?

Why are you so filled with anger and hate? Why is it so hard for you to feel pity and compassion?

The world of wrestling entertainment is filled with men and women who really do want to entertain YOU.......some so much so, that they are willing to go to and thru extremes to get to that level. The industry is hard, and unkind to those who fail. For some yeah it's the money.....but when Chris started out, it was for the love of wrestling, and entertaining.

Let go of the hate, and learn to forgive.

Those that want Benoit to be inducted into the hall of fame want him in there for what he did in the wrestling ring.

Quite honestly, that's what the wrestling hall of fame should be about. It shouldn't be about what a wrestler did outside of the ring.

Keep in mind that a lot of the guys that have already been inducted have been arrested before. Some are also drug users as well.

Who said he was going in the HOF?And I don't think its healthy for you to be so mad at him when it's fairly obvious that this mans mind failed him.He didn't get caught in a scandal or was trying to hide some awful deed...he went batsh*t crazy as a result of some bad wiring mixed with brain damage done by doing what it takes to entertain you and me.Chris Benoit is to be pitied, not hated.
P.S. I read some where, and I'll list the link if I can find it, That the roids where legit and consistent with a therapeutic regiment and it was discovered that he had a form of brain damage that has been seen in boxers but more recently has been seen in football players and it causes extreme paranoia.

Despite what he did he helped the business grow and he did a lot over the years to entertain us.

I try to think of Benoit for his 20+ year wrestling career and not the tragedy.

I don't want him in the hall of fame. I use to have a lot of respect for Chris Benoit. After what he did to his family, I lost all that respect.

Because despite what he did he entertained us when he was in the ring and worked his *** off...what he did shouldnt erase his 20 plus years of service to wrestling fans

i dont want him to be inducted into HOF
i lost my respect to him when i heard about his wrong doings
he doesnt deserve a place in the HOF
he might have been one of the best wrestlers of his times but what he did in real life completely overshadows everything he did professionally
