To answer your question. First of all, many pro athletes, go to these elite colleges, where black women are few. If you notice most athletes that came from majority black colleges or straight to the pros from high school, have black spouses. Secondly, when a athlete gets drafted or signed, they have to attend a mandatory "workshop", where current and former players tutor them on the price of fame.They cover everything from strangers asking for money, to how to handle a multi-million dollar bank account, taxes, and of course "gold-diggers", to wearing condoms to avoid "getting trapped."it happens somewhere in between.

With greater success, we all have more options. Everyone, regardless of race has more options the more money they make, or status they gain. These options include access to better schools, nicer homes, travel and people of other cultures. If black men attain pro status, the income they get is much higher, their circle of friends and acquaintances changes from the group they may have grown up with. Do black men value relationships with white women? Maybe, although I think it is dangerous to assume that all black men want is a white blonde, as they likely want a lot of things, just like you and me. Good for them , good for the white women, and hopefully good for you and me

That isn't true.....Plenty of black men marry black women...I have heard that there are some black men that marry white women...particularly blonde's...because they believe it gives them more status.....I don't know this to be true...only what I have heard....
Besides.....why does it even matter what color someones skin is?...We all bleed the same color of blood....

They don't. Many black men marry black women. Why do so many white girls date and marry black men? Look around you.

yeah, ive heard it to be true, they think they have more status wit hthe white woman. Not sure why it would matter though, b/c they are just being placed in a category.
