Of course! (When cloning of humans becomes possible.)

A clone is nothing more than an artificially inseminated twin. So since children born by AI, and twins, are all considered persons, clones are (or will be) just normal human beings.

Imagine that the clone is a perfect reproduction of the person that supplied the DNA. Take this clone and put him/her in a room with 99 other people (who are not clones). Then bring in a group of people who have to figure out who the clone is. If it is a perfect clone then there should be no way to tell the clone from the non-clones. The clone would be just another face in the crowd. This would mean that the person would be human. If there is no way to biologically tell the difference between a clone and a non-clone then the clone is still human. The clone should be a person and have the rights of people.

Well of course, whether or not it's a clone, it's still a person.

I don't think whether or not a human clone would have human rights is even a debate, although I know there's argument as to what its identity would be.

Actually clones of humans are already out there! Mono-zygotic twins (identical twins) are in fact genetically identical and are thus 'clones', having split in the early stages of embryonic development from a single zygote (fertilised egg). I certainly hope they have equal rights!
