You can use the tabs to go to a thesaurus, encyclopedia, or the web as well. It gives multiple dictionary entries for words, including the American Heritage Dictionary, which is usually the best.

Merriam-Webster is useful when you need to hear a word pronounced.

I think wikipedia.org has an online dictionary.

you can go to your search bar and put in dictionary. it can get you alot of sites to find one or you can go to encarta.msn.com
