i sent money on 11/19/07 for this woman to send me envelope stuffing and i havent seen or heard anything. do i need to take legal action?

I think you've just been scammed. If you have to pay money to get a job then something is definitly wrong. Does she represent a business/company? If so, check with the Better Business Bureau and see what complaints, if any, she has. You'll probably need to take legal action depending on how much you sent her.

I dont think She is, My coworker tried doing that and about a week into stuffing the FBI was at the front door asking her questions. Apperantly the people who she was working for was lke some kind of mob.

No it's not real, and no you won't make money. Can you find her to take legal action, or do you just have an email. You can probably just kiss your money goodbye that you sent.
