I'm already married but my grandparents did get married on July 4th (my grandfather said it was because it was the only day they could both get off work) and they were married for 69 years and 10 months until my grandmother died. I don't think almost 70 years (and 7 kids, and many grandchildren and great-grand children) is too bad an example so why not.

Well July is when summer weddings take place so don't be surprised to find many may have actually got married on that date. Tell you something though..the men would have NO excuse whatsoever to say - when comes an aniversary-
" I forgot" lol!!

Yeah it would be fun!! I dunno though, in years to come, it will be hard to have a day for just you and your husband because it's a family day and your kids will want you to take them to parades, carnivals ect...
