I too have that problem as I type for a living, so I took a old pair of tube socks and cut off the top of them where they are tight to your leg, and slide those on my wrists. It works perfectly for me.

Wear a long sleeve shirt or sweater... I'm finding it hard to picture how you would be typing so your forearm is digging into your laptop... Maybe you need to revise your typing skills. Or find a new way to type...

It seems as though your elbows are below your wrists while typing. Raise your chair/seating height or lower your laptop height, if possible.

there are products available for just that reason but the easiest and cheapest thing is to roll up a towel and put it under your wrists. you can adjust it so it is comfortable for you.
