My dad got a new 57" 1080i HD TV and my mom got a little ring with some little clear shinny rocks on it...I think my dad made out WAY better in the deal.

those little clear rocks last much longer than a TV....there's less of a chance of breaking it....and besides, a TV you can get anybody. usualllly rings only are given to people who mean alot....we dont look(that much) at the size, but the meaning of the gift.

Corset's are pretty not really comfortable exspecially after you start sweating and all. Why not a tank top and jean's. That way your comfy and stylish .. Where is this concert taking place? You could also do a long flowing skirt. Metal concert's the girl's get all dolled out usuaslly or they wear alot of black however that would totally suck for you out in the heat and sun.

It all depends on the girl. Some women want the rock, some don't. Some what to know that the guy is thinking about them, that maybe it's his way of putting a claim on her. And i have to say, a lot of women want that. To feel that you belong to someone and that in turn makes us think that you think you belong to us.
And then you have the women who know that some men don't want to wear rings and things of that nature and they themselves would be happy with a band for them. If his ring was only used for the cermony and then put in somewhere, so be it. If they really love each other then trust would be very important and there would be no need for a ring to be wore everyday.
I also think that it feels great to wear a ring, expecially on that finger. People look at you different. Maybe thats why.

I think your dad made out better too!!!!!! Im not a big jewelry person- I wear one ring an ankle bracelet, and a necklace and Im happy. Id love to go bigger with my tv !!!!!

Most women like bling, but I for one would rather have small bling than big bling. Big bling is way too big and flashy. Although I love color, so I hate anything clear like diamonds. Aren't they supposed to be girls best friend? Lol.

That's just human's way of operating.
Gold, is a good eletrical conductor. But what do people use it for? Wears it on their finger.
Diamonds are super rigid they can be tipped to a drill head. What do people use it for? wears it on their finger.
What a waste of earth resources.
