If you dont want to keep turning your monitor around then put the serial number into notepad or wordpad and keep it in your documents. The .inf file of the monitor does not include its serial number so your computer has no idea what it is.

Windows has absolutely no way of knowing the serial number of your monitor, but you might be able to find it somewhere on the monitor if you look good.

Type the Serial Number into your Word-Pad or what you want to use. Save As > Computer Info
