You must define which revolution.

If you mean Cuba with Fidel Castro, then it was Havana.

If you mean the US Revolution in the 18th Century, then Morristown, NJ was where much of American forces were based.

Do you mean the Russian Revolution? The Republican Revolution of 1994? Which Revolution?
