Hi guys,
I am facing a unique situation and you could give me some advices to solve this problem.
Simply saying, I have ordered some DVD movies from a Swedish shop, but they took the money and they are not sending the merchandises so far.
First of all, they ship their movies only to Scandinavian countries, so my order was out of ordinary to their business.
So I phone called a staff working in the shop, and he said he will send me the movie.
At first, I only ordered one, but over a week and half past, he never sent it to me.
So I phone called him again and asked him to just charge it on my credit card and send the DVD.
Then he told me that since this is not usual to ship outside of Europe, I need to buy some more movies, so that they can have some profit.
So, I ordered two more DVDs. But another week has been past, yet he still did not send them to me.
During all this, I phone called him nearly dozen times, asking to send them to me.

I got sick of this waiting and since I love European movies, I thought if I buy one more DVD, then he would send me this time.
My guess was right. I ordered one more DVD, and the very next day, he charged the money on the credit card and sent them to me with a regular mail.
However, it never arrived here. The package must have been lost somewhere.
So I called him again, and demanded to send them again. Getting tired of this, I told him I am paying for the shipping fee, this time with Fed Ex, and ordered extra two more movies.
So far, from the beginning, one month and half is past.
3 days later, I called him again, asking why is he not sending the DVDs. He said, “our system is only dealing with the Scandinavian countries, so this will take time. I have to use my spare time to do this for you.”

But he has been saying this over a month! Every time I called him, he has been saying the same thing!
He told me “I will send them to you.” But in American sense, this is taking way too much time and I suspect him if he is using me so he can make me buying another DVD, my anger finally erupted. I couldn’t take this any more. This has been taking way too much time (a month and half just to get the DVDs!), so called him and said, “I need to talk to your boss.” And he sounded little bit panicked, saying “No, no.” So he must have been doing this without letting his boss know.
I gave him two days to send the order and warned him I will cancel the order if you don’t send them to me. And if you don’t respond to my email, or if you refuse to refund the money, I will call the Swedish police.

I know he must have read this email, but he still did not send them to me. I think he meant he needs to find the right time, so that he can do this without getting caught by his boss. Maybe that is why it has been taking so long. Or just like the last time, he wanted to use me to sell more DVDs. Or both.
But I can not trust him any more. So I emailed his boss yesterday, saying I still want to buy your DVDs.
So far, no respond. They already charged money on my credit card, and he sent me the DVDs once, although they were lost in the customs or something.
I am really anxious about this. I really don’t know what to do. I didn’t know the Swedish people are so different from the Americans like this.
Since I am an American, I have no idea on what should I do for the next move.
What should I do?
