NOW? Probably Pope Benedict. Other than dropping the bomb, Bush's means of influence are fast waning with his Presidency.

In general, though, I think the US President has more direct effect - just over a shorter period of time.

Pope who? President Bush without a doubt. He is still the leader of the free world and decisions he makes regarding foreign and domestic policy have significant impacts on global events.

Easily Bush, he has caused the death rate to go up so much over the years after the 9/11 attacks. He is the reason why we are at war and he is also the reason why the gas prises are so high! Trying to forfill his fathers dreams
