I think Bubbly is a cute fun name for the song. To me, it fits. Colbie wrote it, so she can name it whatever she wants!

It's called Bubbly because Colbie Cailliat says in her song, "Everytime I see your bubbly face." She means his lovable, adorable, attractive face that she adores.
