I have met some1 who is still married but going through a seperation right now. But if this guy u have falling for is still living under the same roof as the wife then i wouldnt go there. All means u can be friends with any1 once its just friendship but i wouldnt put my heart out there to be broking if this man has either not left his wife by now as it seems he is unhappy if hes been trying get with u but then again he could be a man who wants his cake and eat it too. If he isnt leaving the wife either then i would advice u to walk away now before u get hurt way too much and have urself torn apart by this. There is plenty more guys out there who will be right for u and will make u happy and will make him available for u to have. so wait, All good things come to those who wait... Goodluck and all best with ur choice in this..

The one would be single not married. Because he is married he is not the one for you. He is a cheat to his spouse. I am sure you think he is wonder full but, if you were in his wife's shoes would you think that your husband cheating made him a great guy. There are plenty of single guys don't lower yourself to being the other woman or being a part of breaking up someones marriage.

You need to step back and get your head clear.
EVERYONE will find a situation better than theirs.
But you are just seeing the fun exciting side of someone else .. don't forget that there will be mundane everyday chores in anyone.
Don't get clouded on someone taken cause you aren't seeing the everyday (day to day) mundane grumpy happy sad side to him. Probably the reason there are people married a long time, they have figured this out.
It sucks to hear this, but that is reality my friend.

Oh, I wish I had the strength of will of some of the answerers..."I have never allowed myself to have feelings for a married person"...as if you have any choice over how you feel! Yes, I have met my soulmate, and yes, he is married. No, I have no intention of breaking up his marriage - if he leaves he leaves for himself, not for me. His marriage is a farce.
And yes, I have been married too, and yes he cheated so I know it from both sides.

My wife was married when I met her, but they were separated. I actually helped pay for her divorce, because she was in a financially difficult situation. We have now been married for 21 years.

No, actually it hasn't. I have always thought of married people as "off limits", so I never allowed myself to have feelings for a married person. I am married and I would not want a woman to start to have feelings for my husband if she knew we were married, it doesn't make sense to me.

I thought I met someone that i could connect with (not sure he was the "one"), and found out later he was married.
It took a little while to get over - like 5 minutes - but I moved on! He isn't worth it! He will cheat on you too!!!

It happens but you can't continue it because it will cause problems you won't be ready for. The other thing is to put yourself in the same situation, would you want to be cheated on?
