No they would not have to serve them All owners of such establishments have final say on they can and cannot let in. Any place serving food have that right. BTW what kind of MORON would do that anyway I also think its pretty safe to assume that sign also means "no pants" too but they should have to be so specific unless they are dealing with idiots who cant figure that out for themselves! DUH

yeh the restaurant will still serve them, only if the customer is good enough to be served or the guest is a lady.

No they probably wouldnt, but I think more women should walk around with no pants. I think thats hot. I can also see how women in general woud have a problem with this as I would be constantly staring at their asses. Is this wrong?
