Though I am a Catholic, I do not believe that homosexuality is something that can be "cured".
If you are a heterosexual male, you cannot be socialized or "cured" to like other men.
Though I believe in redemption and that people can be rehabilitated, I would not trust my children with a former pedophile. Sexual urges is a powerful thing and you never know when it will rear its ugly head.

People need to get with reality- homosexuality is not something you can cure.
Also, I don't think pedophiles can be completely cured- they will always have those thoughts in the back of their mind.

nope. why trust the pedophilia to care for your kids when there are other people out there with no history of pedophilia who are willing to do the same job. sorry, but that person lost their rights to care for children when they did that.

I think any gays on here are gonna be pi**ed that you equated homosexual to child molester. Child molesters aren't neccessarily gay, and while they may be taught to handle their urges, putting one in charge of caring for a child is not fair to them or the child. They are emotionally disturbed on a very deep level, you are taking a big chance, and your kids could be the ones paying the price.
